Geocentrix Technologies Ltd. is a consulting, management, and development company for space missions and related high-tech industries. Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, we bring over ten years’ experience in design, analysis, management, operations, visualisation, education, and applications, to the benefit of our customers.

Geocentrix offers expertise in several space mission domains:

  • Satellite Launch Management: Geocentrix brings over 10 years of experience in launch vehicle selection, procurement, technical interface expertise, contract and launch campaign management. We have worked with several international launch providers for small and large satellites. Geocentrix has been sub-contracted by Microsat Systems Canada Ltd. (formerly a part of Dynacon Inc.) to manage the launch contract for the NEOSSat mission, which will be launched on an Indian PSLV rocket in 2011.
  • Satellite Mission Analysis: Geocentrix can provide high-level mission and spacecraft sub-system design, modelling, or visualisation, for orbit, power, propulsion, instrument coverage, or communications systems of satellite missions. Geocentrix has over 12 years of modelling and analysis experience using Satellite Toolkit (STK).
  • Education: Geocentrix has provided educational courses, presentations, and initiatives to increase awareness of space science, engineering, and applications endeavours for schools, universities, professionals, and the general public. Geocentrix created and manages the Canadian Satellite Design Challenge, a Canada-wide competition for teams of university students to design and build a small satellite, with the goal of launching the winning satellites into orbit to conduct scientific research.
